Everyone can spread out in the six large bedrooms, five baths, plus a den with a sleeper sofa, where the kids can hang out in their own space. There are TVs in all bedrooms and living room. The gourmet kitchen features a Kitchen Aide professional range with plenty of counter space.

Downstairs, there are three king bedrooms. Upstairs there is one king bedroom and one bedroom with a queen bed. Our bunk room has four bunk beds sleeping 8-12 people and a sleeper sofa, there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the first floor children’s media room.

There are two wooden high chairs, two Pack N Plays and a crib in storage in the garage.

Everyone can enjoy a meal together with a large ten-foot dining table seating twelve, plus a large breakfast bar for six. You will enjoy the open floor plan upstairs, with two open living rooms, kitchen, and dining room offering Gulf views.

Perfect Family Home

We had eight adults and two infants. The house was perfect for our group. There is a lot of space indoors and a lovely backyard with a great pool.
The location is very close to beach access and there are gulf views from the deck. Rosemary Beach town is less than a ten minute walk which is nice. Since this is more of a residential neighborhood there isn’t the crowd you have in Rosemary. There is a Publix about 2 miles away and good markets to buy local seafood. It’s a great house!

Good family spot

Very comfortable, spacious and well maintained. Great for our multi generational family gathering . Appreciated having both the pool on site and beach close by. Very responsive manager.

Best House Ever

We have been taking a family vacation to the Seacrest, Inlet Beach and Rosemary Beach area every summer for the last 20 years. This house was one of the best, if not THE best property we have rented. And we have rented many homes in this area over the years. Great location. Great amenities in the house. The kitchen is fabulous. Especially if you enjoy cooking even while on vacation like my family does. The family room is really great for large groups. Lots of comfortable seating. Same with the large dining space. The private pool area was very, very nice and was fairly secluded — which is unusual for the area given how close the houses are to one another. The bedrooms were very spacious — especially the two masters on the first floor. Ross, the house owner was great to work with if and when we had questions or concerns. A golf cart (for an additional fee) is available with the house. I would highly recommend renting it for the ease of taking trips to the beach.
